The “Ignition Controller CDI” provides fault warnings via the 3 lights on the control panel, and will determine if ignition should take place and if the inverter is functioning correctly. When you try to start the generator by pulling the recoil, take note of which of the lights illuminates.
If you have a red overload light, especially if there is no load connected is a certain sign that the "Inverter Module" is faulty
If neither the red light nor the green output light illuminates then both the “Ignition Controller CDI” and the "Inverter Module" are faulty
On very rare occasions, it is the stator at fault, if you suspect this, or have replaced the "Inverter Module" with no change, then please contact us
