To cancel your order, you first need to check the order status here.
If you have put in an order, and it has not yet been marked as "Shipped" or "Completed", we may be able to help. Please immediately open a support ticket here. We will try to fix the issue before we send your order.
If you order has already marked as "Shipped" or "Completed", it has already been collected by the delivery service you chose. We are unable to recall the order, but you can request to Return unused items to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. When the order arrives, check out this article for more information.
FedEx Express Services (Priority/Economy)
If you ordered by FedEx Priority or FedEx Economy and call them quickly, you may be able to get FedEx to send the order back to us. They will charge you for this redirect but it will be cheaper than sending it back later. Have your tracking number to hand when you call them. This can be found in the automated dispatch email or online Account>Order>select order.
Please Note:
If an order has been shipped, completed or accepted by the delivery service system, the shipping we have paid will be subtracted from any refund amount due. Please inform us quickly to prevent this.
