The delivery option chosen by you, delivery time expected, tracking information and tracking link can be found on the automated dispatch email sent to the email address you registered.
From picking to packing to pickup, we video the process. From pickup to delivery we track your order. So if there are any issues, we can help quickly! We want every customer to be happy with their purchase and we are happy to assist you.

**If the order has stopped moving, please check if they have emailed or called you directly.**
If the courier has contacted you, and you do not contact them back very quickly, additional charges will need to be paid. Often you have as little as 3 days to respond!
If there is a delay by a Courier or Postal Service.... this is the reason 99% of the time! They may contact if they have issues with finding your address, or the address you submitted is a PO Box they cannot access, or incomplete, or outstanding duties are due. If they have emailed or called you, please contact them ASAP to avoid delay and extra costs!
It is the customers responsibility to contact back the courier. Due to Privacy Laws, couriers do not give us the opportunity to remedy any issues these days. The Couriers/Postal Service will contact you, the customer, directly. If they are unable to make contact, they will automatically charge us for all returned packages at a higher transit rate.... or.... even worse.... they may opt to destroy the package to which they also charge a fee! It is at the Courier's/Postal Service's discretion to decide if the item is destroyed or returned when customer contact is not made.
If additional charges remain unpaid, we will charge these fees before any refund is issued if they return the parts. If the order is not returned by the courier, or the value is below the outstanding fees, we will pass any outstanding balances to local collection agencies. PLEASE.... CHECK IF THEY HAVE CONTACTED YOU ASAP!
If they have not contacted you...
ANY order that has stopped moving or not arrived in the time stated in the shipping option please submit a support ticket to let us know. We will investigate and come back to you ASAP.
