3d Secure is currently being implemented by banks and card companies due to the high security it provides when processing transactions. If the transaction asked for information such as a code that has been sent to you via SMS, or via your banking app, the purchase will not be complete until you have performed this step.

We do not hold any payment information on our systems. All information is sent directly to the payment platform (Stripe for all card payments. Gpay, Sofort, Klarna, PayPal etc. are processed via the PayPal system.)
Your payment may be declined for the following reasons:
1) You paid by Card and did not enter the requested code in the system to verify the payment was from you. This is a code sent to you from the bank and will either be an SMS message or will be accessible on your banking app. Enter this and payment should process. Check to see if you received a code.
2) Gateway error occurred as personal or address details are incorrect. Please check and try again.
3) Insufficient funds. Check your balance with your card issuer.
4) Funding source failed (PayPal / Gpay / Sofort etc.) please check with the funding source for issues.
If you are having trouble with paying via our main Credit Card option as you are unable to receive a code from your bank, you may be able to make payment through the PayPal card payment system (no need to register for a PayPal account.) Click the PayPal link in the cart to access their card payment platform.
Be sure your order address details are precisely as they appear on your card's account. All payment methods will reject the payment if there is any variation to what is registered. Including abbreviations.

If you still have problems paying after trying an alternative payment system..
If the Card will also not be accepted by Stripe or PayPal system, then your bank has declined the payment. This happens for a variety of reasons. When a request for payment is submitted to your bank/card company they have automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charge.
These systems take various signals into account, such as your spending habits, account balance, and card information (exp. date and CVC.) It is best to contact your bank to find out why it has been declined. It may be that fraud has occurred on your account, or something as simple as this kind of purchase is outside your normal spending pattern. (Because... who buys Generator Parts everyday?!?)
Give them a quick call and ask them to clear the payment, then you will be able to complete checkout.
